In true prom style, there will be a "photo opp" with backdrops where you can take the classic couple, arm-in-arm prom photo with your date for your mom's fireplace mantle. There will be a king and queen crowning, as well as "old school throwback tunes" to dance to.
Oh, and in true prom tradition, we can't forget the theme. This year it is "Enchantment Under the Sea," although Burt says you don't have to dress to fit it.
"It's gonna be a fun gimmick, so cheesy and so fun," he said. "Everyone has to dress up. Either you dress really nice or you can dress really funny like in a vintage lime green suit. Classy or silly."
The Grown Up Prom night will be uniquely special for Burt himself.
"This is my first prom event and first prom, period," he says.
Recently turned 25, Burt excelled in school so much that he graduated at a young 15, thus missing out on his own high school prom.
But Burt has done anything but miss out on the parties since. In fact, he is quite the life of the party. Since the beginning of last summer, Burt has made his living making nightlife in Myrtle Beach a little more extraordinary. His first party series was Monday Mayhem at the Party Deck, which he said was "hugely successful with 3,000-plus people every Monday."
"It was crazy," he said. "We had a full-sized pool in the middle of the club; all the girls are topless, body painted running around the bar. No dress code. The cheapest drink specials. It was amazing. I really established a great reputation with that party and went to some other clubs and all those events were slam packed."
Burt can also be found every Thursday and Saturday at Tunnel Ultralounge where he buys the ladies drinks from 10 p.m. till midnight, and every Monday and Wednesday at Buddha Lounge (which is officially closed except for Burt's events).
The ironic twist is that while Burt makes a living promoting the party lifestyle, he himself does not drink.
"I've never had a sip of alcohol in my life," Burt said, noting that he's "only stereotypically a contradiction." "I'm a wild boy but I'm always sober for it."
As for why he chose this career path, Burt says he just wants to give back to his hometown of Myrtle Beach where he was born and raised.
"I love this city and I think it deserves some variety," Burt said. "I want everyone to have the time of their life, be happy and be safe. That's all I care about with any event. Love life, be happy, but be safe."
